Join Chef Ruth Drennan and learn how to make beautiful gum paste flowers that highlight the beauty of Autumn, including roses, mums, hypericum berries, & seeded eucalyptus! In this small hands-on class, you’ll gain the know-how and confidence to make sugar flowers to decorate your own cakes. All tools and materials are provided. Just bring yourself and have some fun! Class to meet from 10am-3pm ET each day, with a 1-hour break for lunch. $450
